the creator behind the Mixer Skirt. I am a hobby baker and self-taught/self proclaimed cookier. I started baking as a stress reliever but the mess that came with making royal icing in my stand mixer really frustrated me- the flour clouds, powdered sugar counters and cabinets and butter splatter cleanup found days after baking- (AHHH!!)
