INGREDIENTS
* 1 stick unsaltedĀ butter (4oz)
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup light brown sugar
* 1 egg
* 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 cup Lucky Charm cereal only, crushed
* 1 cup all purpose flour
* 1 cup Lucky Charms Marshmallows

LETS BAKE!
* In your stand mixer bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
* Attach paddle attachment and Mixer Skirt and mix on medium speed until creamy combined mixture. Add egg and vanilla extract and continue to mix until just combined.
* In a separate bowl with flour, add baking soda and salt and whisk to combine. Add crushed Lucky Charm cereal and whisk to combine. Fold in 1/2 a cup at a time to the mixture in the stand mixer with the mixer on medium speed.
* Once all ingredients are combined, add 1 cup of Lucky Charm marshmallows to the dough.
* Refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours (up to 24 hours) in covered bowl.
* Once cooled- preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
*Ā Scoop dough, roll into uniform balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet with enough room to spread.
* Bake in preheated oven for 12-13 minutes until bottoms are golden.
